Cancelations | refunds

If you have questions about the status of your order, please email liana.treatandberry@gmail.com or call us (661)527-4300 during store business hours. 

If you have a concern about your order after it's delivered, please contact us and we will gladly accommodate you.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us with in 2 hours of placing your order and we will give you a full refund. For all other cancellations, please contact us at liana.treatandberry@gmail.com or call us during store business hours, as restrictions may apply for cancellations after the 2 hour period.

With fairness and integrity, we will evaluate individual situations/orders with intentions of providing a refund. However, we reserve the right to deem any order as non-refundable.  If you are unsatisfied with you order and want to make a return, please contact us and we will evaluate your order and circumstance. If we agree to refund, please return your order in the same condition it was delivered to you with in 2 hours of receiving it. 

* For orders under $100, we will give you a full refund within 3 business days. 

* For orders between $100-$300 we will provide a partial refund according to total cost of supplies and labor within 7 business days. 

*For orders that exceed $300, we will provide a partial refund according to total costs of supplies and labor within 10 business days. 

Because some orders are customized and cost of materials vary, refunds may vary. Please contact the store owner to address your individual circumstances. Please contact us during store business hours.
