Amongst chocolatiers, it‘s considered the highest quality and given the name "couverture" because of its cocoa solids to cocoa butter ratio, and is used by chefs and gourmet confectioners worldwide. Couverture is known for it’s abundance of minerals and antioxidants that support a healthy heart, improve brain function, and that also serve as a natural aphrodisiac.

This 54% dark chocolate is the perfect balance of bitter and sweet. It’s incredibly smooth with a pleasant intensity and fine top notes. Tempering beautifully, it creates a perfect "snap" and is delicious when coated over ripe strawberries. It also pairs very well with nut toppings and pretzel rods for the delightful contrast of sweet and salty.

This milk chocolate is well-loved with its deep, warm colour, prominent roasted cocoa flavors, and seductive caramel notes.

The core of the chocolate is the signature Wieze cocoa blend; a well-kept secret mix of mainly West African top grade cocoa beans.
