Our Story

Liana Serio, Founder, lives in Valencia, CA. and is a mother of two beautiful children. She was born in New York City and raised in a home full of artists. Her mother, an actress/singer, father, a professional pianist, and aunt, a theater director, surround her and her twin brother in art culture and always encouraged free expression. From a little girl, Liana found creating peaceful and therapeutic and sought after various ways to express herself in music and the fine arts.

The birth of her business began with throwing her good friend’s baby shower. She was responsible for everything, including making the desserts (which, of course, included chocolate-covered strawberries and pretzels).

Despite it being her first time, everything came out absolutely beautiful, and everyone encouraged her to start her own chocolate-covered berry business.

She began making treats as gifts for her children’s basketball teams and coaches, for teacher appreciation week, holidays, and birthdays.

After about a year of gifting and selling her arrangements, she decided to take the step of turning her newfound love into an official business. In early 2021, Liana launched her company website, began promoting her brand on social media, and connected with experienced business professionals for support and guidance.

In April 2021, Liana Treat & Berry was invited to sponsor an Oscars celebrity gifting event at the Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA. This created great exposure and recognition for the brand and generated further opportunities, including a feature on ABC4 TV Utah’s “Must- Have’s”, and LT&B's first red carpet catered event for a private screening of Emmy Award-winning “The Bay Series”. 

Since, Liana has collaborated with HBO Max for the TCM Fest 100 year anniversary, catered for special events at Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills and several private celebrity events/parties, had her brand featured on CBS "The Talk" television show, and will have LT&B featured at the 2023 Super Bowl.
