FAQ's

At LT&B, we take pride in crafting all our arrangements fresh for our customers. After placing your order online, we begin crafting your custom arrangements and will have them ready for pick-up at our Valencia location, or out for delivery. 

BUSY TIMES VARY SAME-DAY PICK UP IS NOT PREFERRED. Next day pickup/delivery is best. You may also place an order online to be picked up or delivered on a future date. Specify these details during checkout or contact us.

If your arrangements are being delivered:

PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS PRESENT UPON DELIVERY TO RECEIVE YOUR ARRANGEMENTS AND REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY TO ENSURE FRESHNESS. 

Our delivery zone is WITHIN SANTA CLARITA ONLY. Exceptions are made for large/event orders with an extra delivery fee. Please contact us for deliveries outside our delivery zone.

During "check out", there is an option for Shipping/Delivery. Select this option if you prefer your order delivered to your address within our delivery zone.

PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS PRESENT UPON DELIVERY TO RECEIVE YOUR ARRANGEMENTS AND REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY. 

If you are placing a large event order for outside our delivery zone, we will gladly deliver your order up to 25 miles outside our delivery zone with an additional travel fee. Please email or call us during store business hours for large order inquiries.

After placing your order online, we offer curb-side pickup at our Valencia location during store business hours. When "checking out", select the option for "pickup" and provide us with the time frame you wish to pick up your arrangements. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order is complete, we will send you an email to notify you that your order is ready for pickup. When you arrive, please give us a call (661)527-4300 and we will gladly bring your order down to your vehicle.

EVERY ARRANGEMENT IS MADE-TO-ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF   2-3 HOURS FOR PRODUCTION. PRODUCTION TIMES MAY VARY DURING BUSY DAYS AND HOLIDAY SEASONS.

After you receive your chocolate covered strawberries, it's important to keep them as fresh as possible. Do not shake the box, turn it upside down, or sideways. If you plan to enjoy your dipped strawberries within 3 hours after delivery/pick-up, they can be stored at room temperature (68-72 degrees) in a cool dry place. Then after, store your berries in the refrigerator in their original packaging, or a seperate container with a lid covering, leaving a small opening for minimum ventalation. 

Never store dipped berries or treats in direct sunlight. 

DO NOT STORE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES IN THE FREEZER.

DO NOT SHIP.

They are best when consumed within 3 days. 

To keep your chocolate dipped treats as fresh as possible, store them in a cool dry place, in the refrigerator, or freezer.

Chocolate covered WAFERS and PRETZEL RODS stay fresh for 2 weeks at room temperature, 5 weeks when refrigerated, and up to 3 months when stored in the freezer. 

Chocolate covered MADELEINES stay fresh for 2 weeks when refrigerated, and up to 2 months when stored in the freezer. 

Never store dipped treats in direct sunlight.

IF PLANNING TO SHIP YOUR TREATS: pack them secure and tight with packing paper/wrap and dry ice. To ensure freshness, ship overnight.

We use the highest quality 100% couverture chocolate derived from cocoa beans grown in Ghana, The Ivory Coast, and Ecuador in all our arrangements. Our five flavors are: dark couverture, milk couverture, white couverture, Ruby couverture, and blonde couverture. Learn more about our specialty chocolate on "Our Couverture Selection" page.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us with in 2 hours of placing your order and we will give you a full refund. For all other cancellations, please contact us at lianaserio@lianatreatandberry.com or call us during store business hours, Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm as restrictions may apply for cancellations after the 2 hour period.

With fairness and integrity, we will evaluate individual situations/orders with intentions of providing a refund. However, we reserve the right to deem any order as non-refundable.  If you are unsatisfied with you order and want to make a return, please contact us and we will evaluate your order and circumstance. If we agree to refund, please return your order in the same condition it was delivered to you with in 2 hours of receiving it. 

* For orders under $100, we will give you a full refund within 3 business days. 

* For orders between $100-$300 we will provide a partial refund according to total cost of supplies and labor within 7 business days. 

*For orders that exceed $300, we will provide a partial refund according to total costs of supplies and labor within 10 business days. 

Because some orders are customized and cost of materials vary, refunds may vary. Contact our Sales Department to address your individual circumstances. Please contact us during store business hours.

We are not responsible for any lost, stollen, or damaged arrangements after they are delivered fresh and safely to you. We ensure every arrangement is made fresh and handled with care up until it is delivered or picked up. Please refer to the "Care Instructions for Dipped Strawberries" and "Care Instructions for Dipped Treats" sections for proper care instructions. 

ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Our facility and staff all follow proper health and safety procedures and Covid precautions such as- wearing masks at all times when preparing and delivering orders, frequently washing hands, wearing gloves, properly sanitizing surfaces and equipment, and requiring temperature checks.

ALLERGIES: Our products and equipment are manufactured/used in a facilities that can contain nuts and dairy products.
