Derived from cocoa beans grown in Ghana, the Ivory Coast, and Ecuador, the chocolate we use is considered the highest quality and given the name "Couverture" because of its purity and richness. Couverture is known for it’s abundance of minerals and antioxidants that support a healthy heart, improve brain function, and that also serve as a natural aphrodisiac.

Our chocolate selection comes in five flavors of Dark, Milk, White, Blonde, and Ruby couverture, each composed with notes of rich, full-bodied flavors and mouth-watering smoothness.
This 54% dark chocolate is the perfect balance of bitter and sweet. It’s incredibly smooth with a pleasant intensity and fine top notes. Tempering beautifully, it creates a perfect "snap" and is delicious when coated over ripe strawberries. It also pairs very well with nut toppings and pretzel rods for the delightful contrast of sweet and salty.
